Introducing a new workshop designed to help those who have a loved one who suffers from addiction.
This three-hour workshop is designed to educate and guide attendees through the many challenges faced when a loved one is immersed in the complex world of addiction.
Participants learn about addiction's effect on the brain, how to shatter denial, alter co-dependent and protecting behaviors, and develop healthy boundaries. Through the use of an engaging multi-media presentation, lecture, workbooks, and group exercises, attendees gain the information they need to begin claiming their own recovery.
